Description
A 12 week coaching programme. Each week we meet virtually over zoom for a 45 minutes session. In between sessions you will have different tasks to complete to help you master each area of the programme. The areas covered over the 12 weeks include:

Week 8: Understanding Hunger & Fulness

Week 10: Movement for Joy (not weight loss)
Week 11: Developing Healthy Habits
Week 12: Strategies for Long Term Success
Meal plans are available to help you get to grips with healthy eating and I am available to support you by email in between coaching sessions.
